Performs a wide variety of general and semi skilled maintenance activities (carpentry,painting,electrical, light repairs)
Performs preventative maintenance in and around facility
Schedules and coordinates errands as assigned (post office, car maintenance)
Performs other duties as assigned
Must have HS Diploma/GED
Must possess valid drivers license
2-3 years maintenance experience
