Hours: 40 hrs/wk day and evening hours
Job Details: Responsible for all cold food production for patient and cafeteria meal service, setting up and coordinating, with cooks, all hospital catered functions, preparing cold salads, sandwiches, desserts following production tally sheet and portion guidelines. Serves food in the cafeteria and prepares sandwiches as requested by customers. High school or GED preferred. Two to three years experience in health care food service or equivalent preferred. Complete NIFI Safe Food Handling Course within six months of hire.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
