The primary responsibility for the Career Development Program Manager will be to expand and support the highest caliber career development programs in the high tech market. You will own career development - soup to nuts.

Responsibilities:
Guide the development of the best employees on the planet. Provide extraordinary career coaching and deliver workshops and programs designed to sustain
employee
development year round. Developmental programs to include interviewing skills, driving career transitions, career pathing, delivering effective performance feedback, peer mentoring and nurturing dynamic team development. Partner with HR and the business to develop people and growth strategies, designing programs for various segments of the organization.
Build upon our arsenal of career tools. Seek out best-in-class tools to supplement our existing tools that help our employees understand their strengths and value to the organization. You drive the strategy for arming employees with the best tools, coaching and resources to help them drive their own careers. Drive innovation by anticipating and addressing needs before they are expressed by our employees - always aim to delight our customers.
Keep your finger on the pulse of the organization. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of our annual employee engagement survey and associated pulse surveys throughout the year. You'll manage the vendor responsible for the administration and initial reporting of survey results, as well as the action planning process that follows (at the
executive
level as well as throughout the organization). Analyze the comings and goings of employees, too, by managing the new hire and employee exit surveys, identifying trends and insights that can inform business decisions and responsive program design.
Key Requirements:
Been-there, done that? Significant experience in high-caliber, technology-driven organizations. Detail-oriented with an eye to how OD can positively impact our employees as they progress through their lifecycle with CTCT.
Educated? BS or Masters (preferred) in business, education, OD/Training, behavioral sciences or other related fields.
Move at the speed of business? Proven experience in applying skills in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, customer-centric and technology driven environments
Play well with others? Collaborative, team-oriented style with self-directed, compassionate and independent work ethic. Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals at all levels of the organization. Willingness to jump in to help as needed.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
