Responsibilities
Identify and lead the development of methods to increase marketing effectiveness/efficiency (50%)
Leverage advanced analytics to understand marketing impact (SOM, Rxs, ROI) and make strategic recommendations to improve performance.
Use knowledge of brand/business strategy, integrated with advanced analytics to continually enhance our brand and business strategies.
Leverage external relationships with academia and vendors to ensure the continued enhancement of analytical approaches, data and system requirements.
Develop innovative approaches to analyzing marketing effects, social media, physician networking etc. Lead the development of training initiatives for Lilly BioMeds on analytical approaches
Lead the identification of business questions and opportunities (25%)
Identify key cross brand, business unit and brand market questions:
Work with Brand/Marketing teams, Operations, Managed Healthcare
services
and other cross-functional teams to identify both Brand specific opportunities and across Brand opportunities.
Prioritize analytics with a focus on the strategic versus the tactical.
Communicate results of analytics to respective Brand/Marketing teams, Operations, Managed Healthcare Services and other cross-functional teams
Project Leadership (25%)
Identification of required data and analytics for required analytical approaches.
Special projects as needed, includes sponsor level responsibility for Six Sigma projects.
Ensure all encrypted patient level data is privacy approved with an approved analytical plan
Basic Qualifications
MBA or MSA
At least 5 years of experience in one of the following areas: statistics, applied mathematics, operations research, or other related areas with an emphasis on data mining and modeling.
Experience with proficiency with analytical tools (SAS, SPSS, JMP, R etc.).
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Lilly does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position
Additional Skills/Preferences
Experience in and market knowledge of US Bio-Medicines specialty brands and/or customer segments
Able to reduce problem to mathematical/statistical questions/hypotheses that can be answered through analytics and data mining.
Deep and broad knowledge of data mining methods and tools.
Teamwork and leadership skills.
Strong learning agility
Self-management skills with a focus on results for timely and accurate completion of competing deliverables.
Insatiable curiosity for understanding existing information sources, uncovering new ones, and developing and improving on analysis approaches
Demonstrated problem solving ability and strategic thinking.
No CPP or GPP violations over the most recent two year period
Positive and professional approach.
Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and challenge individuals from executive to associate levels and with highly diverse roles/responsibilities in the organization
Excellent communication (written & verbal), interpersonal influencing skills and prioritization skills with attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to apply all Compliance Policies and Procedures (CPP) and Good Promotional Practices (GPP) and related Federal marketing and promotional laws and regulations in unstructured and fluid situations
Six Sigma (black or green belt) experience

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
