Overview
As
manager
of Information Technology, you will be leading, a small but growing IT team in delivering and supporting critical business applications of 300
users. The primary responsibility will be to support all aspects of SQL Based business applications including MS Dynamics NAV, ASTEA, and payroll/labor applications. You will be responsible for assisting in re-engineering business processes, enhancing and troubleshooting any issues with applications. Working with users and C-level executives in setting and implementing corporate strategy are a critical part of this very dynamic role.

Must build and develop the IT organization, processes and procedures to support business needs

Responsibilities
Recommends and plans information technology to enable and meet company objectives
Directs implementation and execution of new/upgraded information systems via well defined plans including procedures, deadlines and accountability
Evaluates and implements IT procedures and equipment for maximum efficiency and cost containment
Ensures users/customers are provided professional, courteous and timely support and advice
Structures, leads, train and develops IT staff for maximum effectiveness
Essential Skills and Experience

years professional experience
Leadership: a demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others
Strategy and planning: an ability to think ahead and plan over a 12-24 month time span
Management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Budgeting: Plan for and manage the IT spend
Information systems development and implementation
Problem analysis and resolution at both strategic and functional level
