Constant Contact is looking for a highly professional Administrative Assistant to join its growing team. The role supports a pool of senior leaders, including VP Finance, VP Strategic Finance and Chief Analytics Officer. This
position
will report to the
executive
Assistant to the CFO, CHRO, Legal Counsel & Investor Relations organization and will interact extensively at all levels of the organization.

This is a hands-on, roll up your sleeves roll in a fast-paced, team oriented and fun environment.

Responsibilities:
Calendar management
Answer phones and route calls as appropriate
Arrange and coordinate business travel
Complete and submit expense reports
Open purchase orders, reconcile invoices, track budgets
Create internal/external correspondence, presentations and spreadsheets as assigned
Coordinate department meetings; arrange use of conference rooms, schedule offsite meetings and
order lunches
Assist with special tasks and project as needed
Assist with event coordination (holiday parties, lunch and learns, etc.)
Other duties as assigned

Experience and Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in related role
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications, specifically Outlook and Powerpoint
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail
Action orientation with an ability to effectively prioritize
Aptitude to learn, embrace change and adapt to a dynamic work environment
Experience supporting Finance or Analytics teams a plus
Experience with Concur a plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
