Summary: This
position
provides leadership on financial analysis and reporting related to the profitability of various Prime business areas or units. This position directs the budgeting and forecasting processes for the departments it supports, develops new analytical models that utilize cost drivers and associated metrics, and supports the financial requirements of Prime. The position will play a key role in leading major efforts which may include development of business cases for key projects, support of Underwriting in RFP efforts, and building a process to insure that costs are properly allocated to Prime's business units and products. This position will be a partner of the departments it supports, will be viewed as the voice of Finance for those departments, and become a member of the department's leadership team. The position will have both a departmental partnership role as well as being responsible for Prime wide projects and responsibilities. Thus the position must adapt and move from collaborative projects to more self directed work on a daily basis. This position works in a very dynamic, growing, and evolving environment. Day to day activities will change frequently and with little advance warning. An ability to adapt and multi task is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities: o Works with internal and external resources to analyze and interpret business results and data including but not limited to cost, revenue, and profitability. o Provides financial direction to various Prime departments on the annual budget, forecast, and monthly financial requirements. Provides trend analysis on key issues including capital planning and projects. o Recommend operational improvements after investigating, and analyzing data from a financial and functional view. o Provide mentoring to junior members of the FP&A team. o Aids in key spending decisions through financial analysis. Will be called upon to develop and make recommendations as a member of a functional leadership team. o Will aid in the creation of
executive
level presentations on a regular basis. o Collaborates with various management groups on staffing plans, productivity metrics, and activity based costing to improve efficiencies within service level requirements. o Creates cost/benefit, ROI analysis and other financial reports and models to support the business with critical evaluation on both strategic and financial impact to Prime. o Provide analysis of general ledger activity, balance sheet and cash flows. o Will lead enterprise wide projects dealing with topics such as fixed / variable reporting, cost drivers and metrics, and allocation methodologies. o Provides comprehensive and relevant financial analysis to Prime leadership. o Assists in the preparation of Board meeting materials and other presentations. o Consults with Prime management to investigate and analyze key business issues. o Prepares reviews and disseminates monthly financial reports and execution of financial review and control procedures as part of reporting and control. Qualifications: o Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting o 6-8 years of relevant experience Preferred
Qualifications: o Advanced level knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPointExperience with Hyperion and Essbase o Advanced Knowledge of database tools, general ledger, fixed asset and accounting software o IT, PBM, healthcare knowledge, government programs, benefits consulting or financial
services
industry knowledge and/or experience o MBA or equivalent work experience o 8
years work experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
