1. Responsible for support of the D-REX and PHESS databases, successful receipt of electronic laboratory data used to report communicable disease data, researching any error messages within D-REX or PHESS, and implementing changes in the databases to address error messages
2. Provide technical assistance for the receipt of electronic laboratory reports from multiple sources using multiple delivery mechanisms, such as PHIN, SFTP, and Hypersend.
3. Maintain servers and databases related to D-REX and PHESS within the Epidemiology Resource Center.
4. Receive guidance from senior systems analyst and Intermediate Systems Administrator in error messages received through D-REX, ESSENCE, and other applications.
5. Support ongoing efforts to improve the quality of electronic laboratory results currently being received; to include obtaining appropriate laboratory demographic information according to the minimum required data set.
6. Support development of new applications as required to assist the Epidemiology Resource Center and Public Health Protection & Laboratory
services
Division.
7.Applications are a combination of .net (VB and C#) and some ASP.net 8. Candidate should have working knowledge/experience with views, tables, relational databases, stored procedures, packages, sequences and triggers in Oracle 11g 9.Candidate should have working knowledge/experience with SSIS 10. Candidate should be able to perform analysis of complex data issues related to EDI of healthcare information and datawarehousing.
11. Candidate should be able to monitor data transfers and test for ongoing data quality.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
