International manufacturer of Production Machinery seeks Purchasing Agent who can identify and negotiate with suppliers to ensure lowest costs.
Shall:
Attend production planning meetings.
Purchase production items such as: screws, hydraulic systems, blowers, compressors, gear systems, PLC, protective enclosures and more.
Work with vendors to track delivery schedules to maintain project timeliness.
Establish and maintain new and current vendor files to meet all ISO 9001 requirements.
Required:
BS degree
3
years relevant purchasing experience OR manufacturing experience.
