Candidate must have 5
years of experience in Any Identity & Access Management Product implementation & support
o At least 2
years of supporting Tivoli Identity
manager
and its components
o Experience in TIM upgrades and Troubleshooting
o Sound knowledge on TIM infrastructure including Websphere Application Server
o Implemented & supported automated provisioning & de-provisioning of user accounts on multiple target systems connected to Identity Manager
oImplemented & supported trusted & target system reconciliation within Identity Manager
oModification to end-user/administrative web interface (Existing code base modification only)
oPerformance tuning (WebSphere, LDAP indexes, cache parameters, threshold limits, etc.)
oConfiguring Availability and Performance monitoring for Tivoli Identity Manager and its components
oProblem Management, Incident handling and liaison with product vendor; escalation to product vendor and coordination as needed
oTroubleshooting of any incident

oConfiguration and release management of bug fixes and enhancements
oKnowledge on directory replication, directory partitions, schema modification and performance tuningEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
