Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in health administration, management, or related field and 10
years healthcare experience with at least 7 years management experience, preferably 4
years in practice management leader roles. Directly relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree: 15
years demonstrated success in healthcare management roles and related business functions; of which 10 years in progressively responsible high level leadership roles with at least 7 of those years in high level practice management
manager
/leader positions. Master's degree preferred.
2.Consistently demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
3.Demonstrate the skills required to effectively prepare, present and discuss
reports and studies
with management, physicians, board members and other appropriate groups and
individuals.
4.Demonstrate the skills required balance multiple, complex project and
deadlines, by determining critical issues, timelines, and priorities, so that
analyses stay focused and solution oriented, ensuring that projects are brought
to completion within the agreed upon timeframe.
5.Possess the knowledge relevant to the healthcare regulation.
6.Demonstrate the ability and willingness to exhibit behaviors consistent with standards for performance improvement and organizations values.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
