The Project Specialist will be responsible for providing customers with exceptional transactional experiences from tenant application to project closeout, including data audit post-transaction. The incumbent will adhere to department protocols and procedures to ensure consistent and repeatable processes, methodologies and tool sets are utilized to improve leasing operations efficiency and data quality with a focus on assuring asset integrity. The Project Specialist will participate on a team tasked with reconciliation, production, installation or validation of the collocation application as part of the entire Service Delivery process within Leasing Operations. The Project Specialist responsibilities include reviewing, analyzing, auditing and approving various deliverables that are shared with internal and external customers. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
