We are in need of experienced property preservation subcontractors to secure, service, and/or rehab foreclosed properties. Candidates must be able to work independently and complete work orders within strict deadlines.
We provide a varied and wide spectrum of
services
; debris removal, painting, minor and major repairs, lawn maintenance (Grass Cuts, edging, Tree and shrub trimming), roofing Repairs (shingle replacement, tarp installation & removal, full roofing repairs), pressure washing, gutter cleaning, one-time and ongoing inspections, vehicle & boat removal, winterization, lock changing, window and door boarding, appointment setting with third party vendors, knowledge of local code and enforcement regulations, pool Cover Installation (HUD safety pool covers, wood frame & wire mesh, Custom AB Measured Covers)
We do not micro-manage, we are looking for Business Owners who possess a sense of responsibility and accountability.
Applicants are required to have; valid insurance, ability to pass a background test, reliable transportation with trailer, internet for access from the field (laptop/tablet), cellular phone, ability to take property condition photos (including upload to our software). Include in your response the counties/areas that you will be able to complete AND submit work within a 24/48 hour turnaround time.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
