Required Skills:
MUST BE CERTIFIED as DEV401 or DEV501
Very good knowledge of developing code in Force.com platform
Should be able to develop APEX
classes
/Triggers
Should be able to develop Web Service integrations
Have knowledge on Data Loading Capabilities of SalesForce
Should develop workflows, both Custom and Out of Box
Have good UI development skills to build Custom and Out of Box coding
Get requirements and coordinate with offshore to get work done.
Should have Development Life Cycle knowledge
Design the Application Architecture
Best practices to be used in SalesForce/Force.com platforms
Ability to choose customization over out of box features
Design a reusable Object model to be used across applications
