Hourly rate around $40 to $50/hr. depending on experience.

Summary: Client is an Insurance Management organization. We are seeking a Client Account Software Insurance Support and Quality Reinsurance to provide telephone and/or on-site applications support to customers, answering questions on function and usage of product. Be able to handle client calls and issues involving technical issues.
Key points - Must be able to do External client phone support for Insurance software. Should know Property and Casualty along with Reinsurance. Experience developing and executing test cases to ensure proper operations of software. Must have a solid understanding from the business perspective, not just the technical perspective. Must have excellent communication skills. Experience providing phone or on-site client support to customers.
Qualifications:
Candidate must be based in Cincinnati, Ohio (or surrounding area).
Minimum of six years' experience in providing telephone and/or on-site applications support to customers, answering questions on function and usage of product.
Be able to handle client calls and issues involving technical issues.
Minimum of three to five years' experience in developing and executing test cases to ensure proper operations of software.
Experience in training clients on product features.
Familiar with the practice of continuous process improvement.
Insurance industry experience.
Reinsurance knowledge preferred.
Must be a local candidate and available to work in our Cincinnati office
The contract will run 4/1/14 - 7/31/14
Must have excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
High degree of initiative and independent judgment
Well-developed analytical and problem solving abilities
Ability to multi-task, organize work, and consistently meet deadlines
B.S. degree and 3 - 5 years of project coordination / management experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
