Responsible for quality of the die and ensure die correction has been done on time and meets required specifications of customer.
Work with management and cross functional teams to ensure dies work correctly.
Run quality checks on the dies during trials at the extrusion press and collect dimensions after trials and record data for comparison and correction.
Responsible for the correction and maintenance of aluminum extrusion dies cleaning and polishing as needed.
Skilled at reading die profile drawings.
Ensure that all dies are in good working condition and properly stored after being used or inspected.
Must have 4 years
of aluminum extrusion experience for hollow and solid shapes
Education High School DiplomaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
