The Digital Program Manager is responsible for strategically guiding a client brand from the global brand agency lead perspective. In addition, The Digital Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing account projects, and managing to and delivering on profitability and revenue goals. An effective marketer, the Digital Program Manager must have a strong understanding of the client's business, industry, economic model, organizational trends and customer needs in order to lead with relevant digital marketing solutions. In addition, the Digital Program Manager is responsible for all aspects of the project including project plans, budget tracking, scoping and estimating, and ensuring resources are allocated appropriately within the project plan.

Essential Job Functions
Client Delivery
Drives the execution of the project across the Account Strategy, Creative, and Technology teams
Collaborate with clients and their partner agencies to develop clear business objectives, high impact digital marketing programs and measurement of those programs
Creates, takes ownership, and ensures the client/project Governance Model is established and enforced throughout the life of project
Responsible for ensuring resources are assigned and allocated appropriately; for project deliverables and project completion signoff from the client; and for staying within the agreed budget
Approve & oversee all deliverables on the account ensuring that they deliver on-brand, on-strategy and that the client understands the context and rationale
Act on the client satisfaction results for the account, ensuring quality improvement plans are developed and executed
Manage annual portfolio of $2-3 million and assume accountability for tracking and reporting of budgets throughout the lifecycle of each project
Drives the successful completion of the agreed upon project deliverables within scope, time and budget with quality while consistently exceeding client expectations
Manage client relationships and set appropriate expectations
Ensures client needs are met regarding the project

Practice Development
Lead the internal team and clients by helping the teams apply our thought leadership in ways that will deliver on our clients' business goals in innovative ways
Ensure project team members are aware of and using Resource processes; and mentor others on Resource processes
Champion and consistently employ, improve and share project management processes, standards, templates and best practices
Passionate about delivering the best thought leadership, insights, creative and technology, by finding creative ways of executing the project that does not jeopardize schedule or budget
Manage direct reports and perform annual performance reviews, guide and mentor staff
Document case studies

Business Development
Conduct and actively use strategic client planning to identify growth opportunities for Resource while serving the client's best interest
Responsible for the creation of the SOW ensuring scope is clearly defined and costs match what is outlined in the project plan
Proactively review the SOWs with clients to ensure that they understand their responsibilities to the success of the project
Works on new business efforts to ensure proper estimating and assumptions are made throughout the proposal/SOW process
Assist the Account Strategy Director in developing the strategic client plan and assist in guiding efforts against the plan to guide Resource's strategy & engagement with the client

Required Qualifications
A bachelor's degree, marketing, advertising, or communications preferred
5-7 years of proven project leadership experience on medium to large size and moderately complex projects within an interactive agency, web, OMA, or Mobile Digital environment
Experience with large scale projects
Experience in a cross-functional role working with other agencies
Strong understanding of the agency/sub-agency structure
Experience with projects with global scope
Demonstrated business development and team management skills
Experience in project management, process, and setting up projects for success
Strong understanding and working knowledge of interactive marketing
Ability to work collaboratively in a creative environment while keeping projects on schedule and within budgeted allowance
Ability to lead well under pressure and to lead a project team to ensure deadlines and budget are met while exceeding clients' expectations

Preferred Qualifications
MBA, equivalent experience, or Project Management Certification
A minimum of 4
years of marketing strategy experience (brand management or agency experience preferred)
Experience developing Statements of Work
Experience developing project plans using MS Project


Travel Requirements
This position may require up to 60% travel to and from current or potential client sites, conferences, seminars and/or training sessions.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
