Strong analytical and problem solving skills, influential in building consensus and driving decisions
Strong understanding of mortgage concepts and knowledge of secondary mortgage market processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to clearly articulate and present information to various departments (IT, Business) and levels of the organization
Strong leadership experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Team player with ability to operate and influence at all levels
Proficient with Microsoft Office & Project Suite
Experience working on or managing projects with Agile Project Management Methodology

Functions:
Participate in meetings and projects with client staff, project managers, and developers to understand the business and technical requirements, discuss and analyze work stream progress, build and streamline project charters, projects plans and WBS' and provide status reports/updates
Serve as team, project, or technical lead on projects involving definition of business processes or development of technical/business specifications for new or modified business management or operational software.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
