The Plant Manager provides general oversight for the entire shop, including quality, on-time delivery, safety and responding to customer concerns.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must have 5-10 years of experience in heavy machining
Strong machining background
Experience supervising people in a manufacturing environment
APICS is a plus
Keys to Success:
Candidates that tend to be successful in this
position
are adaptable to a small company environment (Flat organization structure with a maximum of three management levels)
Hands-on management style
Able to work and communicate with people at all levels from shop floor to customers and upper management
Task and results orientedEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
