OPPURTUNITY
Establish practice opening a new location
Mostly Outpatient
25-30 patients per day
Shared call with area doctors
Relocation paid up to $15K
3 weeks of paid vacation
5 sick days
1 Week of CME w/ $2,500
SALARY/BENEFITS
S165K - $200K base salary DOE
$10K sign on bonus
401k with matching contributions
