executive
(BDE) for our highly successful U.S. Operation based in Troy, MI!
This Business Development Executive will drive sales and placement solutions to automotive manufacturing and Tier 1 suppliers; locally in Southeast
michigan
, regionally and nationally. In return for the success that our BDE's bring us, we offer excellent benefits and a strong compensation package that includes a generous base salary and bonus plan.
Primary
Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, qualify, and maintain a database of Clients prospects aligned to the business opportunity in the market
- Sell staffing services through effective phone calls and in-person visits, fostering a consultative relationship and increased business with the client
- Sell the value of Mahindra services to support customers in achieving their business goals
- Effectively retain,
coach
and develop Talent, understanding their needs and helping them meet their professional goals
- Market the Talent's unique skills, knowledge, and abilities to the right companies, making the best match for the Client and the Talent
- Consistently exceed Client and Talent expectations of service by following Mahindra's Operational Standards and offering innovative and creative employment solutions
- Effectively manage the profitability of your business including volume, pricing, and management of days sales outstanding (DSO)
Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of professional automotive staffing sales experience is required
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred

- Deadline driven and a true sense of urgency
- Flexible and adaptable
- Type of personality that can easily strike up a conversation with anyone and feel comfortable doing so
