Camping World and Good Sam is looking for a Traffic Coordinator to join our team
The Media Traffic Coordinator will be responsible for interacting with various internal media account teams and external station vendors to build traffic recaps, assisting with scheduling, provide updates on script and spot arrivals and troubleshoot issues.
Responsibilities for this
position
include:
Traffic Management of all TV and radio buys
Meeting deadlines and setting priorities
Assisting Media Buyer in obtaining, evaluating, approving and managing vendor's; quotes, purchases and schedules
Reconciliation of media related invoices
Monitoring production progress: communicating changes and
job
status: expediting requirements: resolving challenges
Coordinate the data entry of commercial instructions/copy from Media Team / Programming Partners into recap system
Formulating, communicating and managing production details, timelines, budgets and reports with team members
Maintain relationships with new departments of stations for possible press release coverage
Required
Experience:
Positive, enthusiastic and outgoing personality
4 year college education or equivalent
1-2 years experience in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Media planning, buying and coordinating
Highly organized and detail oriented
Experience prioritizing multiple projects and tasks with changing requirements
Understanding of marketing and advertising creative and production processes
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Must be detail oriented, and have the ability to work in a fast pace work environment with little supervision at times
Able to interact well with multiple departments
Excellent communication skills
Strong decision making skills and the ability to react in real time are critical
