would have a background in research and investigation pertaining to potential fraudulence or other various legal issues. The main focus of this role will be to examine background check information and verify it's compliancy to company standards and state/federal law. This role's starting pay is at $15/hr and offers good growth and stability within the company.
The Quality Assurance Specialist/Legal Admin responsibilities include:
Analysis of candidate criminal and civil records to certify the accuracy and compliance in relation to company policy and state/federal regulations
Research any uncertainties in order to clarify and verify
Review and verify accurateness of data entry into records pertaining to case information
Address any dispute calls and or issues
Qualifications:
Legal background or experience with investigation/research of fraudulent matters
Strong ability with time management and multi-tasking
Independent and self-motivated
Must be very analytical with a strong attention to detail
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and internet search engines
