on Market Risk Technology's Position/Data Management team, working on Data Collection, Error Detection, Error Correction, Limit Exposure Generation and Data Signoff tools. The candidate will be proficient in Java, Python, Sybase, Netezza, Unix and Perl.
Required Skills:
- 5-7 years of Java development experience, including experience in a multi-threaded environment.
- 3-4 years of Python development experience.
- 5-7 years of Sybase development experience.
- 3-4 years of Netezza development experience.
- 3-4 years of Java Web development experience.
- Proficient in Unix Shell Scripting and Perl.
Qualifications:
Must be a technology professional with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Financial
services
Industry with proven track record of devising strategies and solutions to address client needs.
- Bachelor's Degree in
computer
Science or other relevant focus.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a professional environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with technical solution design and development.
