information technology
O&M program in Aurora, CO. Provides a variety of technical support to customers through telephone and e-mail communications and walk-ins. Responsibilities include: Coordination of incident/problem solving efforts between customers and remote site personnel, software support, and investigation and analysis of product problems Solves desktop incidents/problems related to information systems hardware, operating systems, and configuration Troubleshoots and conducts research to facilitate customer/user productivity Coordinates referrals to appropriate technical, professional, or service personnel for appropriate service, repairs, training, and follow up Required Skills: Must have a High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years of experience. Must have experience in a customer call center or customer service in an IT environment Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Must be willing to work different shifts if required Must become 8570 Certified within 6 months of start date Must have a current and active TS/SCI security clearance Desired Skills: Experience in a
computer
