Overview
As a DevOps
manager
, you will report directly to the Director of Engineering and bridge communication and knowledge transfer between the Engineering and SaaS Operations teams, as well as being responsible for leading a team that prioritizes, analyzes, and fixes software issues from our Cloud Platform in real-time.
Key
Responsibilities:
Use real-time data from the Replicon Cloud to respond to the highest priority software errors and performance issues affecting customers.
Organize a distributed team to provide 24x7 responsiveness to issues
Participate in release management and continuous deployment processes to minimize operational risk and maximize issue resolution expediency.
Qualifications:
8
years of web development experience
5
years of Cloud development experience or working on a highly available system
Experience working with rapid development cycles and timely issue response
Experience with DevOps methodologies and tools such a log analysis, service monitoring, application performance monitoring, cluster monitoring, etc.
Competency Requirements:
Able to understand our customers' business needs, our operational capabilities and prioritize accordingly
Proven record of delivering results under pressure
Passionate about providing excellent service to our customers
