Individual selected will be working in a fast paced Customer environment. The scope of work will range from a noisy machine shop floor to a quite office setting. A broad range of skill set is preferred with the ability to adapted fast to changing work function. Effective communication is must. The candidate will posses the ability to work with minimal supervision have natural problem solving skills. 1-3 years of applicable purchasing and customer service work experience Research specifications of products not clearly identified Maintain good customer and supplier relations Reconcile customer problems Contact vendors and suppliers for quotations Expedite orders Reconciliation of payable discrepancies Facilitates returned material process Files purchase orders, bills of lading, packing slip forms, freight claims and all other internal receiving and shipping documents Maintains area in neat and orderly condition Sorts and determines placement of materials, staging area, stock, hot rush area Pulls stock orders/Kanban orders Participates in cycle counting of inventory Reconciles shipping and receiving orders General knowledge of commodities and material handing General
computer
