Job Title: IT Director/
manager
Location: Memphis, TN
Duration: Long Term Contract, 6 Month Contract to Hire, or Perm Full Time
Rate/Salary: $50-55/HR W-2; $90-95K
Start Date: ASAP

Job Requirements:
PMP-certified, required.
MBA degree, strongly preferred - It would be a big plus for a candidate to have an MBA who understands Finance concepts since a big part of the job is justifying and obtaining approval for IT software/hardware needs.
Agile experience, required - doesn't have to be a certified Scrum Master but that would be a big plus.
Management-level experience, required - will manage an existing group of 5 strong IT employees - great staff! This
position
will report directly to either the CFO or the President.
Strong experience managing software projects, required - 75% of what this position is responsible for is driving software related projects, including development, modification, integration, queries, etc. that primarily involve: (1) ERP (2) CRM (3) Website/website interface (4) VM environment - VM Certified Professional (VCP)
employee
on staff, and (5) EDI.
Strong communications skills, required - a big part of the job is being liaison/advocate for IT projects/requirements between IT and business groups, stakeholders, Finance, upper management, etc. so candidates need great communications skills and experience tactfully/professionally dealing with all levels of management in various departments.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
