RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist customers with the set up and resolving of issues with cellular handsets, wireless devices, and personal computers

Educate customers about capabilities and wireless carrier data product offerings
Be proactive in learning about new technology
Compliance to good attendance
SUCCESSFUL HELP DESK TECHNICIANS HAVE THE FOLLOWING
Passion for technology
Proven knowledge of wireless technology
Excellent
computer
skills
Proficiency in using web based tools and search engines
Exceptional customer service mentality
Great problem solving skills
QUALIFICATIONS
1
years of technical troubleshooting experience preferred
1
years of experience, whether working or personal experience, with mobile apps, software, syncing, or servicing mobile hand held devices
Certifications and Associate's Degree or higher in an IT related field are a MAJOR plus
Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus (pay rate is $15/hr.)
