RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist customers with the set up and resolving of issues with cellular handsets, wireless devices, and personal computers

SUCCESSFUL HELP DESK TECHNICIANS HAVE THE FOLLOWING

QUALIFICATIONS
1
years of technical troubleshooting experience preferred
1
years of experience, whether working or personal experience, with mobile apps, software, syncing, or servicing mobile hand held devices
Certifications and Associate's Degree or higher in an IT related field are a MAJOR plus
Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus (pay rate is $15/hr.)
