Seeking a Technical Writer for a three month contract
position
with a large pharmaceutical company in Indianola, PA.
Technical Writer Contractor - Statement of Work:

Support corporate branding/legal entity changes by working in the Technical Publications Group to:
a) Review/approve product labeling (operation manuals, box artwork, CD artwork, etc.)
b) Perform desktop publishing (DTP) on some projects (using Adobe FrameMaker, MS Word, CorelDraw/Adobe Illustrator)
c) Create CDs, per our CD Creation Process
d) Work with the Labeling Coordinator on tracking 'approval/release' status.

Successful candidates can come from the following disciplines:

Preferred skills:
Experience in Adobe FrameMaker, CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, DreamWeaver, PhotoShop (or similar applications)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
