System and Software Integration Engineer
Description:
We are looking for an energetic and passionate software integration engineer who can assist our customers in defining requirements, evaluating design alternatives, verifying performance, resolution of issues and process improvements for the Product(s) to be supplied. The person will be deeply involved in supporting Software Integration in embedded Automotive platform.
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the customer's technical teams.
Support on-site software integration and troubleshooting.
Lead software integration support with system and hardware vendors.
Communicate integration issues with internal development and QA teams.
Support project requirements capture and communicate to internal teams.
Support specification development for integration touch points.
Work well with external and internal teams.
Ensure a good reputation internally and externally by meeting commitments.
Requirements:
BA, BS in Engineering (CS or EE)

years of Automotive industry experience
3
years of working experience in IT software development field
C++, Java software development experience required
Android OS development experience.
Experience should be in the following areas: Navigation, Infotainment, Telematics, or Multimedia planning.
Strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
Knowledge of the automotive product and hardware lifecycle.
Excellent communication and relationship skills with strong customer focus.
Good organizational skills - must be able to manage several projects efficiently
Ability and ambition to work under pressure, meet schedules, maintain a high level of output
Proficiency with CAN bus, Vehicle LAN, LIN, and MOST is a plus
