These Manufacturing Quality Investigator roles will focus on CAPA Investigations and Auditing activities to support cGMP compliance for a large growing facility. Successful Manufacturing Quality Investigators must be able to interact with all individuals within the facility and have previous experience supporting both manufacturing and labs within a GMP pharmaceutical environment.

Manufacturing Quality Investigator Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters Degree in a Scientific Discipline
Minimum of 5 years experience handling Investigations, Technical Writing, CAPAs, Deviations, Root Cause Analysis and Auditing to support both manufacturing and labs within a cGMP pharmaceutical environment
Knowledge of at least one of the following: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Analytical Chemistry (HPLC, GC, Karl Fischer), Validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) or QA Auditing
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel

Manufacturing Quality Investigator
Responsibilities:
Assist with writing of concise summaries of investigations, product impact assessments, and required CAPA commitments
Review document submissions and work with authors to ensure correct formatting prior to routing documents for review and approval
Investigate Deviations, OOS, OOT, Non-Conformances
Initiate CAPA methods in compliance with GMP standards
Perform Root Cause Analysis from Deviations
Technical Writing (Deviation reports, LIRs, MIRs, IQ/OQ/PQ, SOPs)
Perform QA Audits of Manufacturing & Laboratory areas
