This position requires a broad understanding of company functions and business units to perform risk assessment and annual plan development, including the identification of control and business risks and control improvements. It also requires a strong working knowledge of IT trends and technologies The IT Audit manager plans, supervises and completes comprehensive and complex risk-based audits, within time and expense budgets. A critical role of the manager includes people development as the manager oversees career development for six to eight staff, including assignments, counseling, training, providing appropriate exposure to the company's operations and assisting staff auditors with the identification of career opportunities and their placement. The IT Audit manager will lead engagements requiring experience in emerging technologies such as healthcare, cloud, and mobile computing. They will also require a strong understanding of privacy as it relates to these technologies. Location: Basking Ridge, NJ Ashburn, VA Qualifications Desired Skills and Experience : BS/BA in
computer
Science, Information Systems or related degree (MBA preferred) At least 5 years of audit and/or information systems experience Must have a demonstrated proficiency in written and oral communication Demonstrated analytical competencies with ability to use sound business judgment and to exercise skepticism as needed Must have a broad knowledge of different businesses to be able to evaluate and assess the significance of problems identified during the course of an audit Extensive knowledge and experience in project management and strong organizational skills 4-6 years of experience working with a wide range of computer hardware and software Strong analytical and database development skills Ability to travel up to 20% Managerial skills including direct supervision and development of subordinates Professional Certification (CISA, CISSP, CPA etc.) required Experience with any of the following products or tools: Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Visual Basic, Microsoft .NET framework, Microsoft Access, SQL, Microsoft Exchange, ACL, Idea, Hyperion, SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle Financials, or system administration experience in MVS, Microsoft, or Linux/Unix Prior experience in a Fraud prevention/detection role 2-4 years of experience providing technology
services

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
