Quality Leader - Manufacturing
Our customer, a world-class manufacturer of electronic products, just keeps on growing! With their continued growth, they need to add an on-site Quality Leader to their staff.

This is a hands-on position and requires spending a significant amount of time working with the company's key customers and will play a critical role in the future success of its sales and NPD efforts.
Essential Duties
Work closely with key customers to maintain open lines of communication throughout the NPD and Manufacturing process
Work closely with Senior Management to provide timely updates regarding the status of manufacturing and quality issues
Review and manage the Company's TQM process
Work very closely with Purchasing, Manufacturing and Assembly Departments to ensure compliance with all quality procedures are being followed
Other duties include, but are not limited to:
Work with Quality team to quickly identify root cause issue(s) and implement corrective action(s)
Compile and evaluate quality data on a weekly and monthly basis - with an ability to identify trends and implement preventative measures
Have proven experience conducting verification analysis and audits to fully appraise current manufacturing processes vs. current quality procedures and corrective action procedures
Requirements:
10 Years of experience as a hands on Quality Engineer in an
electronics
Manufacturing Facility
Have previous experience working with Tier 1 and 2 suppliers
Have extensive LEAN Manufacturing and ISO experience
Demonstrated experience leading the TQM efforts for a fast-paced manufacturer
