Job Description: The successful candidate will apply senior level engineering skills as well as coordinating with other engineering team members and the customer to ensure program success. The candidate will be a self-starter, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment. The candidate will have a strong work ethic and be flexible/adaptable to respond to mission-critical needs as they arise. The candidate will have direct interaction with customers and must represent the company in a professional manner Responsible for System Engineering duties across a variety of interdisciplinary projects and programs. Create, track and be responsible for Systems Engineering documents such as requirements flow-downs, traceability, matrices and all other necessary systems engineering functions. Responsible for the design of and development of electronic or electromechanical equipment or systems-oriented products and prepares related installation, operation and maintenance specifications and instructions. Provide hands on engineering support and assists in the design, simulation, fabrication, and operation of custom antenna systems in support of production, field operations and product development. Analyzes engineering proposals and related technical data to determine system design compliance with specified requirements. Continually strives to maintain the most up to date knowledge of technological advances within the industry. Should have a knowledge and understanding of effective systems engineering and design. Responsible for the completion of routine technical and engineering tasks. Analyzes equipment to establish operating data and conducts experimental tests. Required Education/Skills/
Experience: Minimum 6 years experience in a related field. BS in Engineering, Science or Mathematics Prior Systems Engineering experience Candidate must have demonstrated capability in one or more of the following: System Design Requirements tracking and allocation Desired Education/Skills: MS in Engineering, Science or Mathematics RF systems engineering experience Additional Requirements: Must be capable of obtaining a Class III FAA flight physical. This position may require periods of travel, both in CONUS and OCONUS. Must have an ability to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance.
