Systems Analysis:
o Analyzes functional requirements based on input from business units, process specialists and knowledge of existing systems.
o Designs supporting business systems.
o Creates and documents system specifications. Software Development:
o Develops software applications leveraging SAP configuration capabilities.
o Performs unit and integration testing.
o Conforms to existing standards, practices and procedures.
Consulting and Support:
o Advises and trains users on proper and effective use of new and existing systems and processes to accomplish functional needs.
o Investigates and resolves problems and deficiencies.
o Recommends enhancements based on user input, knowledge and experience.
Planning, Managing and Communicating:
o Develops implementation plans including accurate time estimates.
o Utilizes excellent organizational and written / verbal communication skills.
o Manages time effectively to meet plan requirements.
o Informs team members of project or development status.
Qualifications:
o A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
o A minimum of 4 years of experience implementing business systems and working as a member of a SAP project team.
o SAP software configuration knowledge.
o Functional business knowledge within the supported area.
o Experience mapping functional requirements into a business system solution.
o Proficient
computer
skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
