, and perform preventative maintenance orders on all plant equipment Work on and have a thorough understanding of pumps, piping, valves, steam controls, packaging equipment and preventive maintenance Assist Supervisors/Management, and outside contractors in improving Plant efficiencies Must perform job duties in a safe manner and follow all Shell HSSE standards, procedures and regulations Monitor equipment integrity on a daily basis Observe equipment for proper orientation, make needed adjustments and / or repairs Perform shop and field repairs, maintenance, and installation of production equipment, rotating equipment (pumps, compressors) and plant ancillary equipment Manage waste water pond and all water releases Monitor storm water system and document releases and levels throughout the year Manage all transfers of oil and wastewater out of the plant Perform tasks incidental to the work of the department which are necessary for maintaining, repairing and dismantling various types of mechanical equipment Complete preventative maintenance plans for identified equipment in plant Lubricate, inspect, adjust and maintain various plant equipment, such as piping and pumping systems, filling and packaging equipment, gauging systems and plant waste water removal Perform all operations with shop hand and power tools such as drilling, grinding, reaming, cutting, stripping, splicing , sanding, tapping, forming, sawing, threading, fitting , bending, soldering, painting, cleaning and other similar operations Prepare dock lines and tank farm equipment for product transfers and marine receipts Issue safe and hot work permits to contractors filling which are installation and wastewater include job and BACH_a33d1a BETS_ARC_Setter work MYK62683JREstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
