JOB INFORMATION Plan and direct the work of Loan Accounting Initiative (LAI) Project Management (PM) staff that plan, manage, and provide project support across the LAI strategic initiative. Gather information at front end to determine project parameters and specifications, and to budget human, financial and other resources. Provide technical oversight to staff and track attainment of project milestones. Report on overall program progress and budget expenditures to project owners. Manage overall risk and issues on LAI and communicate proactively to leadership on the project. KEY JOB FUNCTIONS Ensure that all PM activities across, business and technology are executed in an efficient and effective manner. Partner with LAI leadership in the execution of the project, providing daily support. Transform the LAI PMO into a best in class service provider;

to include: project leadership, planning, communication and reporting, embedded project management support, budget management, vendor management, risk and issue management, and alignment with Enterprise PMO and CSP Integration within the COO organization Drive team All Hands Meetings to communicate program status, and drive team monthly communications with stakeholders to communicate program status. Confer with management of application development and/or business units for whom applications are being developed to determine scope and priority of projects so as to be able to allocate appropriate levels of resources to project development efforts. Manage limited number of larger or more complex development projects; document and report progress and use of resources. Assign staff to appropriate projects based on skill sets and demands of projects, and provide technical guidance as needed. Establish, communicate, and train staff in formal project management methodology as used in the corporation. Track progress of varied projects and assess compliance with the methodology. Report to senior management on the operating plan program's integration and dependency plan production, activities, and efforts. Plan, document, and manage the performance of subordinate managers and/or staff. Provide for professional or technical growth through assignment, mentoring, or training. Plan and manage the unit's budget. Approve expenditures or budget transfers. Serve as central coordinating body between internal and external partners, using strong negotiation, relationship management and communication skills to ensure parties are appropriately informed, engaged and driving desired results in support of strategic initiatives. Identify project interdependencies and ensure stakeholders understand and operate with these interdependencies in mind. Review project status and ensure progress is in line with overall program goals. Develop and manage planning across initiatives. Assess time sensitive project issues, develop solutions, and coordinate the implementation of those resolutions in order to meet overall program productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives. Perform intervention, conflict management and problem-solving with project managers, management teams across the business, internal and external partners, and other stakeholders at all levels of the organization. EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree required Master's degree or equivalent required PMP designation preferred MINIMUM EXPERIENCE 8 years of related experience SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS 6 years of demonstrated PM experience. 13 years of overall experience preferred. Proven ability to manage complex development projects greater than $50 - $100M. Demonstrate expertise in overseeing Project Management Teams of 15 or more individuals. Demonstrate high level of communication skills - internally and externally on past projects. Past experience in working within a matrix organization at a management level. Working knowledge of SDLC process. Experience serving in an expert resource capacity to cross-functional project or coordinating teams. Proven ability to establish, communicate, and train staff in formal project management methodology as used within corporation. Background involving planning and managing unit budget, and approving expenditures and budget transfers. Proven ability to document and report ongoing progress at a program level. Expert level experience including the planning, documenting, and managing of subordinate managers and/or staff performance. Background involving the assurance of professional and/or technical growth through assignments, mentoring, or training. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
