Director, Case Management & Utilization Review - SIGNING BONUS

We are seeking a dynamic leader for our Case Management & Utilization Review department! If you are skilled at creating high achieving teams, are adept at strategic planning, and would like to put your Case Management and UR experience to use in ensuring quality, efficient patient care - then we want to talk with you!
Candidate must be RN, with proven leadership (Management) experience that includes: team building, motivating staff with enthusiasm and compassion, communicating skills across disciplines, recruitment of staff, and department budgeting to include effective management of fiscal responsibilities and allocation of hospital resources.
The Director of Case Management & UR supports the vision of the total healing environment and the values of integrity, accountability, respect, quality and commitment, while providing leadership in the development and coordination of the Case Management Department. This
position
will provide daily management to RN Case Managers and Clinical Social workers, as well as administrative staff.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree preferred
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience; Cerner strongly preferred
Required
Qualifications:
Must hold a current, valid
arizona
or compact state RN license, with 3 years of experience managing an Acute Care, Case Management or Utilization Review Department.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing providing excellent customer service
computer
literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Windows
Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
