The Senior Counsel will advise and support all company departments in the resolution of critical business issues based on evaluation and analysis of associated legal risks, and will have significant interaction with representatives of governmental entities and our vendors and strategic partners. This individual will be expected to work on complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of legal and business factors, and must be willing and able to tackle a variety of projects simultaneously to meet demanding deadlines. The position will include a significant amount of cross-functional interaction within the company, including with respect to the companys operation and development of existing retail locations across the United States, pursuit of new retail locations, and negotiation and drafting of vendor agreements, service and technology contracts, and strategic partnership agreements.
