Job Responsibilities
As our goal-driven Customer Service Representative, you will be focused on achieving collections/call goals.
Additional responsibilities for our Collections Representative include:
Educating cardholders on payments options
Arranging clients payment schedules
Receiving payments from cardholders
Maintaining clients payment statuses

Job Requirements
For this entry level opportunity, it is preferred that you have prior experience in a Call Center, Collection, Financial Services, or Sales. You should enjoy speaking with people; have the ability to remain calm under pressure, as well as being tactful, diplomatic, but firm. Honorably Discharged Veterans are welcome! Please apply today!

Ability to negotiate effectively
Willingness to work up to two late nights per week, as well as some weekends
Ability to navigate multiple

databases/windows
Solid communication skills
