LOCATION: MADISON, MS
SALARY: $ 50K
10% - SECOND SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL
A well-established World Leader in the design and manufacturer of innovative under car service equipment to include: Alignment Racks; Brake Testers; Jacks; and other car service oriented heavy duty equipment.
Seeking someone with 2-5 years experience preferably with experience in a metals fabrication manufacturing environment with some Paint experience in Powder Paint. This is most desired. A BS or AA Degree in desired; however, appropriate experience will be given consideration. Salary is up to $50-55K
a 10% Second Shift Pay Differential.
Responsibilities include: Supervising operational activities and personnel during the second shift; Interpreting and enforcing all company policies, programs, rules, regulations, labor contracts, and safety rules; Achieving departmental, plant, and corporate goals for safety, quality, and productivity; Leading production employees in continuous improvement activities; Training and developing manufacturing personnel to properly utilize all equipment and tools; Directing personnel to maintain product quality and meet customer requirements; Correcting, maintaining and enforcing all necessary supply inventory levels; Communicating with employees on a daily basis.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
