Seeking Technical BS or Associates Degree plus 4 years experience in QA in a plastic molding manufacturing environment.
Shall:
Direct QA program for injection molding operations
Assume responsibility for inspection, laboratory testing, statistical process control, and salvage operations.
Maintain and improve the plants quality management system to meet the requirements of ISO/QS 9001.
Lead the resolution of quality related problems with start-up of new products/processes.
Troubleshoot and correct technical problems; implement CAPA.
Supervise QC Techs and machine operators
