Exciting Opportunity for an HRIS Analyst
Serves as a liaison between the Managed
services
Department and Client HR Departments to provide systems support and analysis and to leverage technology solutions to meet the needs of the Client HR Department and users of HR information systems.
Works with all levels of Managed Services staff in assessing needs for various business functions. Assists management in identifying and analyzing options and recommends business process enhancements. Performs tests to ensure all processes work according to the pre-determined goals identified. Assists team members in identifying reports and various system integrations that are needed. Provides project oversight from design through implementation. Acts as the Subject Matter Expert in HRIS System design and capabilities.
SUPERVISION EXERCISED
Provides team leadership on individual projects. Assigns and checks work of team members. Provides input on evaluation of team members.
Responsibilities
-Implementation of new clients on the HRIS Platform to include such areas as:
-Determination of client hierarchical structure based on factors such as reporting and approval processes
-Setup of client payroll and various deductions
-Setup of client benefits and costs
-Implementation of benefit carrier exports and automation
-Configuration of Employee On-boarding platform
-Configuration of Performance management module
-Importing employee demographic and historical information
-Development and testing of reports
-Development of integration between HRIS platforms/modules and any Third Party applications
-Assists department staff with technical issues related to the use of HRIS systems.
-Assists staff in the creation of queries to select and compile information from the HRIS system as needed.
-Provides project oversight from design through implementation. Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates on project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that occur during the course of projects. Monitors project work to ensure that progress is maintained within expected guidelines and is completed on a timely basis.
-Creates test scenarios and assists project team members in performing tests to insure all processes work according to predetermined goals.
-Participates in Managed Services meetings for identification and resolution of issues and consideration and evaluation of potential system enhancements and upgrades.
-Assists in developing training plans and training documents. Assists in training HR Department staff and others utilizing HR
computer
systems.
Experience and Education
-Possess a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
-Have four (4) years of full-time experience in HRIS implementation, configuration and support.
-Experience with the HRIS Platform HR Pyramid a plus, but not required. Experience with other mainstream HRIS Platforms will be considered transferable knowledge.

-Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
-Considerable knowledge of computer operations and computer systems analysis.
-Considerable ability to follow complex oral and written instructions.
-Working knowledge of and experience in utilizing and creating databases and spreadsheets.
-Considerable ability to make routine decisions in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
-Considerable ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with employees.
-Considerable ability to solve problems related to computer system software and operations.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
