Initial contact for new and existing clients of the Bank in transacting accounts and uncovering sales opportunities. Accurately accepts and processes all financial transactions. Acts as a resource in identifying client servicing issues so that resolution can occur and the client is retained. Enhances client relationships with Key by providing distinctive quality service. Looks for sales opportunities by uncovering financial needs and ensuring that the client is communicated with for possible product opportunities. Hands-off more complex sales activities and opportunities to the Relationship
manager

Essential Job Functions
Actively enhances client relationship with Key by demonstrating the Key Difference Standards.
Accepts and accurately process all financial service transactions.
Develops and maintain a working knowledge of financial products and services.
Maintains responsibility for cash drawer and follow proper balancing procedures.
Identifies client needs for products and services and make the appropriate referral to a sales professional.
Meets established referral production goals.
Engages in proactive contact with clients to ensure client satisfaction and possible identification of additional client needs.
Acts as a resource to identify client servicing issues so that resolution can occur and the client retained.
Ensures more complex sales activities/ opportunities are handed off to the RM.
Ensures compliance with security and audit procedures.
Participates in LCA meetings.
Demonstrate commitment to High Performance Management by modeling KeyCorp Values in every internal and external interaction.
Required Qualifications
Level I:
High School Diploma or equivalent business experience.
Demonstrate effectiveness in client interactions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Accurate cash handling skills.
Demonstrate attention to detail and focus on task at hand.
Demonstrate organizational skills while managing multiple tasks.
Demonstrate participation as member of a team.

Limited banking experience is preferred.
Level II:
High School Diploma or equivalent business experience.
A minimum of 3 years cash handling experience.
Ability to take over KeyCenter cash, as requested.
Ability to back up Lead CRR.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
