Lead Architect - Digital Analytics

Responsibilities:
1. Establish a framework for analyzing and optimizing digital channels against a set of value drivers, including sales and service contribution, customer engagement and satisfaction, service cost, channel adoption and net promoter score;
2. Understand and measure the digital customer journey to determine options to enhance the digital customer experience
3. Acquire and apply web analytics, voice of the customer feedback, market research, social media sentiment and competitive analysis to inform and drive decision making;
4. Report and analyze performance of online marketing and campaign management activities, such as lead generation, email, and affiliate marketing
5. Establish and maintain the digital analytics roadmap; and work with
engineering
team to deploy the roadmap;
6. Provide web analytics strategy and best practice guidance forclients; serve as a team expert in web analytics tools
7. Develop and lead a high performance Digital Analytics team, as the practice grows
Required Skills
1. Knowledge of analytical tools and techniques ; familiarity with leading Web, Social, and Big Data Analytics solutions. expertise in at least one of leading web analytics tools.
2. Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills.
3. Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a start-up team
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and outstanding analytical and research skills, as well as a passion for digital channels.
5. Have a solid understanding of digital data and be able to interpret that data and make business recommendations
6. Individual must have exceptionally strong quantitative and analytical skills
7. Ability to present analytical results to a non-technical audience both internally and client side
Minimum Qualifications

years of consulting experience with
At least 5 years experience in implementing and managing digital analytics solutions
5-7 years experience in worked for a top analytics firm or top tier management consulting organization
Professional experience in a statistical, financial, marketing analytics, research or quantitative analysis environmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
