Our client, a reputable, growing company is looking for an Applications Integration Architect to join their team in Madison, WI as a full-time employee. Under the direction of Information Technology Management and the Lead Enterprise Architect, this position is responsible for determining the direction of enterprise architecture within the application architecture domain, ensuring it meets the current and future needs of the business. It includes responsibility for developing and maintaining the enterprise solution capability model and roadmaps, enterprise application reference architecture, and application architecture patterns; ensuring enterprise architecture alignment on assigned projects; and guiding the solution architecture process. Requirements:
7 years of IT work experience with the most recent 3 years as an enterprise architect with heavy concentration in Application Integration; with demonstrated achievement, progressive responsibilities and ability to meet goals in the application architecture domain. Must have come up through the ranks of applications.
Demonstrated working knowledge of application architecture processes and practices, solution capabilities, knowledge of SOA and Web
services
, security principles, a standard development life cycle and design skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to clearly and effectively communicate business and technical information, both verbally and in writing and effectively mediate in situations where conflict arises and understand how and when to escalate issues to the appropriate levels within the organization.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate into architectural deliverables.
Strong consultative skills with the ability to meet with the project team; gather high-level business requirements; work with and influence stakeholders; lead presentations; and get concepts down on paper.
Demonstrated ability to interpret and assess industry technology trends for applicability to the business needs. Proven capacity to independently and proactively assess and assimilate industry-wide technology trends and emerging capabilities.
Problem solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with other departments to meet complex business needs. Proven ability to collaborate and work horizontally throughout a complex organization, including exposure across IT including, infrastructure, networking, security, data management, and application development.
BS in MIS or CS, or equivalent trade-off in related education and professional work experience.
Pluses: Prior insurance industry experience; Unified Communications; Identity & Access Management; Web Content Management Solutions.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
