MISSION:
Continuous improvement of production processes with engineering solutions in accordance to corporate policies, strategic goals and objectives in order to achieve a safe work environment, customer satisfaction, and desired ROI.
Ability to work closely with, and communicate to, all organizational levels
Responsibilities:
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Analyzes processes for improvement in quality, safety, and productivity.
Work directly with, and communicate to, Production Personnel, Management, Suppliers, and Customers.
Identify and implement improvement opportunities through programs such as LEAN and 6 Sigma.
Identification and implementation of process technology opportunities.
Fixture/Tooling Design, Ergonomics, Mistake Proofing, Constraint
Metrics/Key Process Indicator (KPI) creation/monitoring
Verification/Validation processes
Documentation of current Processes
Support of all new product technology programs as they move from development to production.
Involvement in design reviews with DFM/A, PFMEA, Control Plan input
Involvement with continuous improvement activities to eliminate waste.
Involvement in standard operating procedures, measurement and monitoring methods, and other ISO9000 initiatives.
Participate and support HSE projects and procedures including Behavior Observations, Training, Ergonomics, and Investigations.
Qualifications:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Bachelors degree in engineering with experience in manufacturing processes
Process improvement experience (e.g., PDCA, DMAIC, 6 Sigma, Lean, 5S)
Solid Molding (SolidWork preferred)
Understanding of GD&T and inspection methods
Strong business orientation
Ability to work closely with, and communicate to, all organizational levelsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
