who has experience and knowledge of Educational methods and practices to research, review and most critically evaluate those training and educational opportunities that will keep the doctors and all levels of support staff on the cutting edge of technology and techniques. This individual shall direct and coordinate training and continuing education programs, oversees, monitors and ensures quality and content of educational programs, establish, implements and maintains operational policies and procedures, modifications based on analysis of operations.
The Director of Education will be responsible for overseeing employees with high school diplomas (minimum for lowest entry support staff) through Doctorates (physicians).
