A well established OEM in northern Summit County is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to add to their team. The primary thrust of this role will be the development and improvement of manufacturing processes to ensure quality and efficiency. Demonstrated knowledge of machinery fabrication processes and the tasks required for continuous improvement are necessary for consideration. A mechanical
engineering
degree (BSME/BSMET) and 5 plus years of machine assembly experience is considered essential. Workspace layout, time/capability studies, development of assembly processes, and the generation/maintenance of associative documentation will be an integral part of this position. Additional duties will include participation in new product development activities, contributing to make/buy decisions, and enhancing interdepartmental communication/coordination. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
